We follow applicable data protection regulations. We only collect the data necessary for the platform to function, with explicit consent at sign-up, and you can request the deletion of your account and data at any time. Access control
Each professional only accesses their own patients' information. Every access to personal data is logged, and the platform's authentication follows market best practices to protect patient and professional accounts.
Backups and continuity
We run daily backups of the platform's data, with 30-day retention, to ensure continuity and recovery in case of incidents.
